When documents are tagged with a Privilege-type Mark, the Privilege Basis option in the Work Inspector and Work Product Pallet becomes available. Use this to log the basis for the privilege that will be included in a Privilege Log Report. Select from the drop down or type the basis into the field.
Modify the Privilege Basis drop down by going to Settings - Priv Basis.
