The first step in the Drafts view is to create the Production. To begin go to the Review view and perform a search to load documents into the Current Docs grid screen.. Select one or more documents (usually with Produce-type Marks). Note: The Drafts menu appears at the top of the screen only while in the Drafts view.
To create a Draft Production use one of these methods:
•From the Drafts menu, click Create Production:
•You can also create a new Draft Production by right-clicking a document or a group of documents in Review and selecting Add to production… -> New production…:
DWR automatically generates Draft productions with labels containing the date the production was created (like “Production - 2019.11.10”).
Note: Any document, regardless of its Mark, may be added to a Production. Before finalizing, DWR will warn the user if the Production contains documents with privilege-type Marks. Users can override this caution if desired and proceed with finalizing. To change a Mark or Issue Code on a document in a Draft Production, return to Review, search for and select the documents and change their Marks.
