Viewing Exceptions

You have the option to review any exceptions that occurred during processing.  These are listed in the Exceptions tab under each collection.


Exceptions can include corrupted files, password-protected files, container files that cannot be opened, and unrecognized file formats. The following are the major reasons a submission fails:

There is no access to the disk where the Matter is stored.

There is no access to the Matter Database.

The connection to the Matter failed.

Disk space was exceeded.

The Matter Database was full.

A file copy error occurred (the file was locked or inaccessible).

The .txt file for the collection was corrupted or missing.

The location of the documents to catalog was not accessible.

The database timed out because of slow access or slow copying, or because the database performed too slowly under load.
