Like Who to Whom, the Tabulate function is another way to explore the results of a set of filters.
To use Tabulate:
1.You will need to perform a search in Review first. The Tabulate tool operates on the results that are returned from that search.
2.From the Analysis menu, select Tabulate.
3.Using the drop downs, you can choose to aggregate document counts based on one item from the left drop down and one on the right.

4.After selecting the options from the drop downs (in the example below we have selected Extension by Collection), the grid displays the tabulated information. Color is used to quickly identify the largest values.
5.If you want to see the specific documents that are represented by the number in any given cell, double click on the cell containing the number of documents. The Document List will update to show those documents. For example, in the screen shot above, if you double-click the cell with “182” in it, the Document List will display 182 msg files, all of which are from July 2018.
6.To Log the result table to Excel, click the Log button, navigate to an appropriate location, type a filename, and click Save.
